Introducing The Kobe & Cab Club
In the tradition of great food and wine we bring you the opportunity to experience two limited production items from Signorello Vineyards and Snake River Farms.
Signorello Vineyards is Napa Valley's ultimate boutique winery known for its intensely flavored Cabernet based wines grown exclusively on our singular hillside estate along the Silverado Trail just south of the Stag's leap district. The wines at Signorello Vineyards are produced by hand at very low yields to insure quality and deep, concentrated flavor characteristics of our hillsides.
Snake River Farms is Idaho's masterful producer of American style Kobe (Wagyu) Beef. Their dedication to quality mirrors that of Signorello Vineyards. Limited in its production, Snake River's beef is unique due to a combination of special care and feeding, along with a rare breed of cattle, Wagyu. The result is succulent beef that develops an exquisite, buttery, mouth-filling sensation. The quality is so exceptional that Snake River Farms is served by the most esteemed chefs in the finest dining rooms around the world. The beef has also been featured at prestigious events including the Governor's Ball at the Oscars and the 50th Anniversary Grammy After Party Celebration.
This outstanding pair of Kobe & Cab creates an explosion of flavors on your palate. Three times per year we will select only the finest grade cuts of American Kobe (Wagyu) beef to pair with our single estate Cabernet Sauvignon based wines and deliver them to your door so that you can create your own Kobe & Cab experience! These very limited and specially selected cuts typically reserved only for restaurants are being made available exclusively to our Kobe & Cab Club members.

Shipments:
The club includes three shipments per year. Each shipment will contain specially selected cuts of American Kobe (Wagyu) beef and bottles of our Cabernet based Signorello Vineyards wines. Each shipment will be sent via overnight shipping. The average cost is $390 per shipment (plus tax and shipping).
Father's Day shipment:
• This shipment includes four Eye of Rib Eye Steaks (cut 1 inch thick) and three bottles of the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Holiday Shipment:
• This shipment includes one Rib Eye Roast (6-8 pounds, serving 8-10 people) and one bottle each of the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Padrone (Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon) and Meta (50% Cabernet Sauvignon / 50% Syrah)
Valentine's Day shipment:
• This shipment includes four 8oz. Tenderloin Filets and one bottle each of the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, East Hillside Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) and Uvaggio (34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot and 33% Cabernet Franc)
Club Rules:
Members are responsible for changes in address and credit cards. Members will be charged for all shipping costs incurred by wine and meat returned due to address changes or non availability of required signature.
Due to government regulations, we CANNOT ship to non-reciprocal states.
Members may cancel at anytime after the 2nd shipment. It must be provided in writing or email. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled shipment will take effect on the following shipment.
The average cost of club shipments is subject to change based on production and availability.
