91 POINTS – Super fresh style here. Rich peppery sour cherry flavours reflect the 72-hour cold maceration in open-top tanks before fermentation on native yeasts. Signorello practices traditional Burgundian techniques. The wine is not filtered or fined. This is rich full-bodied pinot with a plummy spicy black cherry finish. Serious pinot that will easily age five years or more. Certainly one of the best we've tasted from Carneros. – “ GISMONDI on WINE ”
